B&R Video Productions Volume 174 The Glory Days of Steam
Terence Dorrity took an opportunity over the period between 1961 to 1965 to capture the last glory days of steam traction on all regions of British Railways, the Welsh Narrow Gauge and Railways on the Continent. Amongst the many gems throughout the country caught through the lens are a visit to the Cardigan Branch, Morfa Mawddach, Oswestry, Welshppol and Talerddigg summit on the mainline. The Talyllyn Railay is seen in 1962 amongst the many Narrow Gauge lines featured in early perservation. Sapin and France are also visited.
We have an extensive collection of B&R production films covering all over the British Isles. Please feel free to contact us if there is anything in particular you would like to be available online.
